Indian cuisine’s subtle mix of spices and flavours are the secret to a great meal.
Our chefs have a combined experience of 50 years in the Indian restaurant industry, with kitchen supremo, Khaled Choudhury, having 20 years under his belt. Our Chef’s Specials are a treat, but not the only options available. Start with some sautéed sweet and sour duck breast, followed by minty lamb or grilled king prawns, Pinot Grigio for two and throw in some Pilau Rice and Bombay Aloo, finish off with a single malt or a liquored coffee. For traditionalists, we do one of the best Madras’s in the country with a full selection of classic dishes.
